My F150 developed a sudden technology related issue that made it run very poor. A simple text message to my dealer contact resulted in a very quick plan to come pick up my truck. They found a simple programming update for a module and had my truck back to me very quickly, all while I was at work and experience NO inconvenience at all. They always go above and beyond for me!

Long distance shopping for a car ? How is this going to work? I am going to tell you!!! Our experience was easy, professional, fast and the best part personal. We live 2 hours away and I was not sure how this long distance purchasing would work. We were given all the information we needed to look for the perfect vehicle from the comfort of our home. We picked out some vehicles and then were sent videos of personal tours to show items that we were interested in. This made the experience very personal. We asked plenty of questions and Jennifer took the time to answer every single one. She made sure we knew that we matter in the process and did not once seem bothered by any question. We decided on our vehicle and they went to work to get us the best deal for our money!! Then they brought us the vehicle and spent over an hour going over every small detail of our vehicle to make sure we knew how it all worked!! I mean wow!! I’ve been to this service center on multiple occasions and have always had a really good experience. Chad Bromwell have awesome customer service. He and his team ran diagnostics for me on 2 different vehicles and went on a ride along with me, all at no charge. They were quick finding the problem my car was having, and they were quick fixing it. I’ll definitely continue taking my vehicles there.
