The best buying experience for a new car ever. Jesse Gloystein was the most pleasant and knowledgeable salesman ever, he put no pressure on us and worked diligently to find a perfect car for us. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and easy to navigate through all of the paperwork.

Looked on the interweb and found a truck that was the right color and had all the features I wanted. Needed extended range gas tank for travel and had to have lumbar support in the drivers seat. I like my new Ford pick'emup truck. Jeff the sales person at Woodhouse wasn't high pressure and closed the deal. This is the second truck I've bought from Woodhouse. Wish Ford sold the XL trucks with a power seat option.

Matthew Ahlgren was fantastic from beginning to end and patiently answered all my questions and ran everything down quickly for me. The bonus is that they charge no dealership fees at all which is a first to me. Their pricing was more than fair and they were transparent from start to finish. Dealing with Bob E. Was a lot easier than most sales reps. I lived an hour away and saw the van online and inquired that evening. I was contacted promptly the next morning About the vehicle. I asked him if there was any noticeable defects and he said he would inspect it. He sent a video going over the vehicle in detail. We texted back and forth some pricing and agreed on a price pending a test drive. We made it to the dealer after work and he had it waiting to go. After a short test drive we sat down and went through the paperwork quickly. He offered the extras, like all dealers do, but was much less pushy about it. I dread dealing with car salesmen but this experience was pleasant.

Second F150 I have purchased from Woodhouse Ford of Omaha in last 12 months. Bought XLT last year but wanted to step up to 2020 Lariat this year. Trade on XLT was fair. Both vehicles were purchased via internet, text and phone, and they were delivered to my door 150 miles away!! I really like the internet pricing and details of vehicle on their website. All staff very helpful and timely in contacting me. Herman Shields was my sales rep both times. Herman did a great job handling the details of sale for me. Michaela in the service department did a fantastic job of helping me get the right accessories added to my Lariat (rock guard and splash guards, bed liner and Tonneau cover - I really like the hard roll up). Truck delivered as promised with exactly what I wanted. Very good experience twice in less than 12 months. That should tell you something!

I just leased a new Ford F-150 and had a great experience. My sales associate was Richard, he was a great guy. I knew right when I met him that he was gonna be the right fit for me. He was knowledgeable, informative, and not pushy. He was just a stand-up guy. I appreciated that.

Jodee greeted me when I walked in, and made me feel at home this whole experience. I did leave to go to another dealership (Honda O’ Daniels… not a rad experience) and came back as promised to get the bronco sport. It was a comfortable experience, with both her and Jose & Alex who also helped w my trade in from Lexus of Omaha. Honestly nothing bad to say.

Went to return but parts needs the original box because it has specific parts number on it. So they were not going to be able to refund me. Eric M. and Matt F.
