I recommend this dealership 100%!!! Raul Gaytan and Brian Howe worked together to sell us our 2022 Expedition. I had previously bought a 2019 F250 Superduty and a 2019 Fusion Energi plug in hybrid through Raul. Flawless. I have a friend who I sent to Raul and he bought an F150, and later an Escape hybrid. I was very pleased with the level of service I received while purchasing my new Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid. They were very through in explaining everything. What most impressed me, was that they were the only dealership willing to sell me a car that wasn't in their inventory.

The entire process was quick and easy. I knew exactly what I wanted and they made sure I got it.

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

Everyone and everything was great, but the only thing is I wanted a different car instead if the new Echosport. I seen other deals that were the same on other new 2019's, but the customer service was excellent. Vehicle purchased on March 17, 2020.

Overall good experience except waiting a very long time after choosing my car to purchase , for the finance dept to help me . The wait was over an hour.
