Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Car buying was easy with them and they were upfront with their price and total out of the door price. Sales person and sales manager were excellent to communicate all the details we need before we make the purchase. Will buy a car from them again in future!

Outstanding Service from the Salesperson Anna to the Management Team with Steve and Peyton, to the Financing with Rick. The four of them make buying a vehicle an easy, stress less process. It is very enjoyable to work with all of them! They don’t rush you or pressure you. They give you time to think, whether that is 30 minutes or weeks. They are extremely helpful and want to give you the best that they have to offer and continue to provide their help and services even after you purchase the vehicle. I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone?
