Very professional ,I traveled from up state ny in 2016 and now 2025,Michelle found a truck Saturday, I picked it up Monday ,with a trade in and was out the door in 2 hours and on my way home,the price was exactly what they quoted,no games played.this is what buying a car should be like,but unfortunately it usually is not.very happy

Purchased a pretty much trouble free Explorer from here and have only had it serviced there,car has been reliable.Took it for service and William Marshall was phenomenal from beginning to end,friendly,professional and kept me updated on everything,as I had a lot to do,he coordinated my ride home and pick up back to Koons Ford causing no interruptions to my day and what I needed to do. I have been buying from Mike Zeller for years and Sheehy even longer. I had a problem with my current car and I needed to get another one. I bought one, and was not happy and brought back.
