Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. After having a couple of bad experiences at this dealership, it was a pleasant surprise that they have turned around the customer service experience in the service department. I took my F-150 back to where I bought it for recall work. The service advisor was helpful. She sent updates on repair process and, best of all, my truck was delivered back to my house at the time originally estimated.

I recommend this dealership 100%!!! Raul Gaytan and Brian Howe worked together to sell us our 2022 Expedition. I had previously bought a 2019 F250 Superduty and a 2019 Fusion Energi plug in hybrid through Raul. Flawless. I have a friend who I sent to Raul and he bought an F150, and later an Escape hybrid. Everyone and everything was great, but the only thing is I wanted a different car instead if the new Echosport. I seen other deals that were the same on other new 2019's, but the customer service was excellent. Vehicle purchased on March 17, 2020.
