New and used 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E SUVs for sale near Trophy Club, TX

I have been a customer or AutoNation Ford Frisco for 25 years. I purchased two Mustangs, 2000 and 2024, returning to purchase the 2024 based on the service department customer service. I have always been taken care of with great service representatives who are friendly and knowledgeable. The service department has never recommended a service that was not needed and, as a female, I appreciated this.

Iliana was a great sales rep. She was kind and very understanding of what I needed. She acquired to my needs and didn’t make me feel pressure to make any decisions until I was ready. 10/10 experience with Iliana Davila.

I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. We ran into many others in the dealership that day and everyone was very friendly. I can't recommend this place and Jim Rich enough!!!! Thank you very much Five Star Ford of NRH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oil change and rotation done on Ford F150. Completed the work in a short time frame.all work was done satisfactory . All fluids checked and battery.

I waited while my car had oil changed, tires rotated, fluids added, and general inspection. Only a 2 hr wait! Nice waiting room with coffee or tea, TV, comfy upholstered chairs.

Came in for a recall issue. Pete took great care of me. The issue was addressed quickly and was able to get my vehicle back same day. Great service!!!

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Miguel was awesome and very helpful! He answered all my questions and was very patient. I had a pleasant buying experience at 5 Star Ford in Lewisville, and definitely would recommend.

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! Cesar and Jeff really worked hard to help us get into the car we wanted. We drove from over an hour away only to find that a repair needed to be done. They owned the issue (even though it wasn't their fault) and got the repair done quickly. We couldn't come back to the dealership immediately, and they worked around our schedule with no pressure even though it wasn't convenient for them. We were given more for our trade-in than our highest appraisal even though they knew we were going to buy the car regardless. The price was thousands better than similar cars with similar features. I was concerned about the no haggle price, but after more research discovered the price was fair. Great experience!

I went into the dealership with a certain used vehicle in mind and did not have to haggle at all! Brenda was excellent! She did not try to steer me in a different direction, she actually listened to me. I received a good deal at a fair price. Even the financing department did not push me too much to purchase something that I didn't need.

My wife and I traveled 2 1/2hrs to the dealership in Frisco, TX. We were treated extremely well from start to finish by our salesman, Jerome Collins. He worked with us on an acceptable trade-in deal and saw us through on a successful purchase. Very nice dealership with an exceptional free coffee bar, vending area, and showroom. Much better overall in-store experience than most other dealerships we've been to. Sales area did not have that claustrophobic feel. Would recommend to anyone.
