Drove to Charlotte from Winston-Salem to look at a used Ford Escape that I ended up purchasing. Sales was informative but not pushy, which is always a plus.

Experience was top notch! Once we arrived it was legitimately a ?sign & drive? experience. No long wait for ?someone in an office?. From the moment we parked to time we walked away with the keys, was less than 2 hours! Was even able to sneak in lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed at the onsite restaurant.

Sales was exceptional in getting me to the payment I stated I needed to make a deal. They went above and beyond to make sure I left with the vehicle I came in for.

Realy good selection of vehicles. The facilty was clean and had nice amenities for customers. Salesman was super knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I will visit again for future vehicles.

My service coordinator Liza provided an excellent service for my EV car Mustan MachE. It eas a detailed review of my car and Liza kept me updated periodically while service was going on. The best part is, the intent was not to charge for something that's not need and save customer's money as much possible. Thanks for the great service!
