I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service. We have had bad experiences at car dealerships before, but this was not one of them. Auday provided us with the best service that we have experienced in a long time. � � �As we went through the contract, it was time to talk about financing which is not something that most people enjoy when making a large purchase � � �We had already set up our financing with another lender and shared our percentage rate with Kyron Session. As he checked our credit score, he came back to the desk and presented his offer. We were shocked that he offered us almost the same percentage rate. We agreed to his offer and went to his office to finish the paperwork. Kyron was pleasant and personable. It was like we were old friends catching up on our lives. � � �There is a valuable team at AutoNation Ford Arlington. At no time did we feel pressured into buying, even though at the end we did buy our pre owned from AutoNation. We are very pleased with our purchase and the sales team we had.

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience.
