Ford of Queens has been very attentive to my online request and has continued to follow up, even as I drag my feet on making a decision. I have not visited the dealership, so I cannot comment beyond my online experience.

Inquired online and I received a text from Peter Garcia immediately for 11/19 @ 6. I stopped by to look, Peter showed my the options available in the car I wanted. I drove the car home that night. I called early on a Wednesday morning and Jonathan answered and said he could get me in as quick as I get there about 30 minutes. I was there filled out the paperwork. He was courteous, kind, professional, and made sure I understood what was wrong with the rear window passenger window, not going up it needed a whole new driver’s door, electronic panel Part was there and they did it in about several hours. I was very satisfied with Maplewood Ford and especially Jonathan and met the young Tech mechanic Dion and he explained some things even further why they electronics sometimes just goes out

I truthfully cannot say I've ever had a better car buying experience than I just had with Salerno Duane Ford. Inventory was scarce everywhere so I placed a custom order for my 2022 F-150 King Ranch with Steven S who was a complete rock star. I can admittedly be a pest with these things, I was super excited to get my truck and bugged him for updates and Steven made sure to always respond quickly and truthfully, get changes made when needed. But the thing I'm most grateful for is 100% honesty. We went through the order and figures months ago, including a ballpark value on my trade and when it came to delivery everything communicated remained 100% true...actually worked out to be a couple bucks cheaper per month! Ordering was smooth, negotiations were smooth, finance was smooth, delivery was smooth. Long story short, I was dreading buying a new car again after several terrible prior experiences and even more so buying during a market like this, that's clearly a seller's market, but Steven and Salerno Duane earned a customer for life through their honesty. We can't thank you enough and I absolutely love my new truck!

The service is friendly and Mathew Barocas was great. It was a great experience and I am happy with my new Mustang.

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

Helpful. Not sure why you need a fifteen word minimum. This should get me over the limit.
