Overall, very satisfied. I had originally met with salesperson Adam Thorson, who I had dealt with several times before. A few days later Adam called and told me he was taking a new job, but referred us to Jon Harris. Soon after that my wife and I met with Jon and worked with him in trading in my 2018 F150 and purchasing a 2024 F150. Jon was very helpful in working thru the details of the purchase, and the significant discounts and rebates applied to 2024 trucks were an incentive as well.

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

Purchased a 2008 Cadillac SRX and everything went super smooth. No pressure to buy warranty or anything else. Recently I received a check in the mail for accidental overcharges, I was none the wiser on that. Beware of the trolls that trash this dealership they are super honest.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

I have had two Rangers 1998 and a 2010 and I love the stile and how easy they are to drive and how fun as well . The look of the new Rangers suck and look more like a f150 the old pre 2010 and before are a real nice reliable truck and for the money, the cats mow

I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.

I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.

Absolutely best car/truck experience EVER!! No better warranty anywhere! I have to say, I wasn't entirely on board to get a new Ford F-150 truck. My husband and I had different thoughts on cab, size box and extras. We shared our thoughts with our salesman, John Harris. He was incredibly helpful and so honest as to what makes most sense for us to order. He apprised us of rebates, etc and best way to go. John was totally invested in us getting what would be best.. He really knows his products and took time for all our questions. When our new truck arrived there was a little scratch in rear bumper. Hayford Ford made sure we were happy with taking care of it. The 7 year 100,00 mile warranty was beyond anything we found at other dealerships we checked out. Their maintenance department quality and efficiency is also beyond expectations! We are so pleased with every detail of our 2018 Ford F 150. Super comfortable ride! We HIGHLY recommend Hayford, and salesman John Harris!

Great vehicle. Good power and no problems. A lot of people remember from many years ago when this vehicle wasn’t the best. Ford should do some PR to improve peoples opinion of this vehicle. Wish it came with a heated steering wheel

Negotiated a good and fair deal and when I showed up to purchase the truck (and see it for the first time, it was exactly as advertised). I have replaced my 2010 Ford Ranger XL for a 2020 Ranger XL and have found all of the improvements well worth it. I did install a third party Cruise Control and a Tonneau Cover and the truck runs great at highway speed for long distances with plenty of comfort. I wanted a Supercab for its 6.1 foot bed as I do not carry passengers and the space behind the seats is more than adequate for cargo. Having hands free blue tooth phone, rear backup camera shows up in rear view mirror, bed liner, allows USB sticks to play my considerable music collection and 4 wheel drive are all features I didn't have but wanted. This is a work truck with creature comforts that improve its usefulness. It not only looks great, it works well for my yard project hauling and street driving that make up my mileage. The former owner also added towing package. running boards and black letters on back of tailgate. I purchased this vehicle with only 56,000 miles on it. Spent time reading about pros/cons of this model and for how I use a truck and the specs that it has, it fulfills all of my needs without exception.
