My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

extremely fun to drive, true muscle car, great handling, very stable, just roll down the windows and listen to manly exhaust sound while driving. reasonable price, cheap maintenance. great look, fair material quality. very reliable.

I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. They knew I was serious about buying a new Forte and I knew they were serious about selling one. The finance guy Chad was great in getting the deal DONE, without trying to up the price with unwanted "add ons" . I've been a car salesman here, have bought 20 cars here, and these guys are GREAT- period. and now here's your WARNING- WARNING DON'T BUY a CAR from CAMELBACK KIA a lying bunch of dishonorable people from sales to finance from start to finish. Recommend this dealer? No Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? No GO to Mark Kia- I just bought a new Forte there 9/23/15 - See Uncle Abdul and mngr Mark Belsanti - honest, tight clean info- They want to sell cars HONESTLY- I've been looking since the end of May, so listen up- I contacted the Attorney General, so they finally HAD TO give me my prepaid credit cards- I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. This car met all my needs and wants for a sports car. I love with this car before even I get to drive it. If you don't have enough money to buy a Ferrari, I say this is the closest one you can get. It's fast, daily driven and so much fun to drive! Whenever I'm inside this car, it always put a big smile on my face :):):) best Shelby they've ever made! I love it!!!

Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.

Teaching racing for 20 years I,ve driven a lot of cars. This is as comfortable on the track as my full blown race cars. Add gas, adjust tire pressure and clean windshield your good to go.
