Driver’s side door misaligned on my wife’s Lincoln MKX after dealership it was purchased from tightened a loose bolt by the hinge on the door. Took it back to them twice to align it properly without success. Decided to try Bob Thomas. John Furino in the body shop fixed the door within 5 minutes. Very impressed and appreciated. The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.
