He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. Hit a very large deer with my new explorer. Only had 17k on it so far. The damage was seriously bad and I kind of expected they might have to just total my explorer but the adjuster estimated it at about 12k worth of damages and two weeks later it was completed. I did not have time to clean the vehicle as it had to be towed after the accident. Two air bags had gone off and the right front of the vehicle was pretty much destroyed. So they not only made it unnoticeable but also did a pretty good detail job on the front interior of the vehicle which I was not expecting them to do. If I have any issues I will update but as of now the car is just as it was before the deer committed suicide by car. I will be taking any future work to bob maxey. Very good job done by all involved. Lesson learned… slow down on dirt roads.

Because I’ve been going there forever, I’ve bought three new vehicles out of there. I’ve always had exceptional service. The man that runs the body shop which I’ve talked with a few times is exceptional to any body shop manager. They always hire the best. I don’t know why this rating is what it is.

I don't drive much so my last oil change was several months ago. Although arriving early, this place was bustling but that was OK as I planned ahead and brought a book.
