Used 2024 Ford Transit-250 cargo vans for sale near New Hope, TX

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

David was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. We ended up leasing a 2018 Ford Fusion for 3 years. We had never done this before it went very smoothly. Thank you Don's Ford and Mr. David Place.

Overall great experience. I was interested in purchasing a preowned expedition. The sales staff were extremely accommodating patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the deal got done. And particular Andre was great to work with, and I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The service department is excellent : friendly, informative, very knowledgeable, and well managed under Chris Russo. Sales folks are fair, long tenured, and loyal to repeat customers and enthusiastic with new customers. There is no pressure and no pushing things you don’t want or need.

Service was done quickly and efficiently. I was given ride service home and return to dealership for vehicle pickup. All work was completed and vehicle is running like new again.

My mechanic Bill did a great job finding the cause of my problem, which was mice chewing wires causing a short.
