Plus he washed my car. He told me next time I need service they will come to my house and pick my car up and bring it back to me when the services is done. The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

Our salesman, Beshoy Gendy , did a really good job of showing me the car I was interested in, a 2016 Shelby GT 350 Mustang. Really no pressure before and after me and my son Tyler tested it on the road. The car really sold itself but Beshoy made us feel relaxed and was very accommodating and chill to my needs. I also noticed that everyone, including Beshoy at this dealership, was very friendly. I would recommend this particular Ford dealership to anyone purchasing a car and salesman Beshoy Gendy. No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

I had my F150 serviced at Auto Nation Ford Bellevue. Great customer service every time. However this time I had Alper as my service advisor. He was awesome. Above and beyond. Kept me informed with texts and phone calls on the status of my truck. I would recommend going there especially if you can request Alper as your advisor.
