Introduced to the Torrington Ford Lincoln team through a family friend who had a positive buying experience. The team at TFL was FAST. Reached out via phone at 6pm on a Friday, had quotes early AM Saturday and had the purchase in motion before noon on that same Saturday. The team was knowledgeable and very well rounded. They listened carefully to the preferences I desired, presented the various options and were efficient. The sales executives, CFO and CEO were all involved during the process, and the well rounded culture of the group was impressive and made the experience all the more comfortable. As a buyer its important to see the various parties to get a feel for the credibility of the dealership/point of contact and the TFL team was excellent in that regard. I'd recommend the group to anyone interested in a Ford/Lincoln model, even if they are outside of the natural territory (location). I came from central Massachusetts to purchase a vehicle, and I plan to do it again because the experience was that superb.

I have to say that this was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. After visiting several dealerships in lower WestChester and getting horrible customer service Brewster ford was recommend by a friend. I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.
