Great experience. Mary from the sales department was very helpful. She answered all my questions and provided me regular updates. The process was a little longer, because I financed with an institution out of the state. But, Mary was patient and very helpful.

These guys couldn't have been better to me. Justin met me on the service drive and walked me through the repair process, what needed to be diagnosed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Justin kept in touch with me and even had his manager, Billy call me with updates while he was off work. When the work was done they even delivered my truck home. Had standard maintenance work done. They were efficient and kept me in the loop during my wait. The car was finished in the estimated time that I was given

my only issue is 2 hour wait for oil change. Service rep was very knowledge and helpful. He did explain to me the procedure for appointments and why there is no specific time your vehicle will be seen even with an appointment.

I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. "Super" Mario Rencher and he was amazing and eased all of my doubts and fears. He assured me that he was going to take care of me and he certainly did. The appointment for our 2003 Mazda Miata was on 4/6/2022. The wait was especially long; not sure if it was due to overbooking for oil changes or what, but at the end of the day, the best thing about it was working with Richard Smith! He kept us informed of the status of our vehicle because RICHARD SMITH IS "DA BOMB!" 5+ stars!!!
