In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I was looking for a Ford Explorer online, Arlington had just the one I was looking for. Floyd, Jake and David made it happen. Floyd was great! Since I had to pay for the car even before I physically saw it, Floyd took a lot of Pictures for me and Videos. David got the paperwork done and sent it to a local dealership so I could sign and send it back with the check on 7-14-2025. I am still waiting for the title in the mail. However, I do have a temporary plate from Texas. Jake got the car shipped and I received it on 7-27-2025. A little stressful for me, as I ready paid for the car, and therefore Jake as AutoNation Shipping Company was a little hard to nail down on the delivery date. Overall, a Great experience and I have driven the car now and I love it!!

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.
