I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Everything went smoothly. I was shown the cars I was interested in, allowed to go in and see them thoroughly. All my questions were answered. I was shown features about the cars I was not necessarily familiar with. I test drove the car and once I selected the car I wanted, proceeded to purchase it and fill out the paperwork without any problems. The vehicle I chose is beautiful and drives well. I am very happy with the purchase of the car and the process to get it.
