Buying a new car at this Helfman Ford Stafford was an easy experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Amir Z. was especially helpful. He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions. Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less.
