My variceal was delivered a couple weeks early, but was not informed that I needed to complete purchase earlier as well. It made me scramble to get to dealer as I was traveling. All worked out and hopefully Ford will take notice so this problem is r=easily resolved.

I have been buying cars from George Wall, Ford and Lincoln for the past six years or more. The salesman James is the best. I followed him from Staten Island. All the way to George Wall as well as Juan those guys really know how to take care of a customer. It’s like Family when I go there whether it’s to buy your car or just stop in and say hello. Process for recall work was excellently handled.

We had to return some complicated items and they were very nice friendly and professional. Because of the pandemic we were way beyond the 30 day return policy but they took them back anyway and gave us the credit we were owed.

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.
