I have been buying from Mike Zeller for years and Sheehy even longer. I had a problem with my current car and I needed to get another one. I bought one, and was not happy and brought back. I assumed that was it, I was stuck with no car to take my wife and me anywhere or work or anything. The day after I brought back the first car, Mike reached out to me and said he may have an option. He told me his thoughts and I was so excited I almost cried! In my current situation, the stress of fixed income and no car was so overwhelming. He kept working and found the right one. Friendly and very helpful. Through a miscommunication with the dealership, I went home with a car that lacked an optional feature I wanted. Even though the sale was final and they didn't have to do it, sales manager Steve, salesperson Dylan, and business manager Chris, wound back the deal and put me into a vehicle with all the features I wanted, even though they had to source the new vehicle from another dealership. I found that level of care and willingness to take care of me exceptional. They gained my trust and loyalty for any future Ford I will buy.

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

I am again impressed by Sheehy. I have purchased 2 cars from their Subaru dealership. I wanted to try something new. Maxx Manu at their Springfield Ford did not disappoint. He provided the warm welcome and lissltened to my concerns and and budget to find the right car. I'll be back to see Maxx again and I would recommend him to anyone!

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!

Sheehy Ford was easy to work with and low pressure. I got my car in record time at the price I expected.

Bought a new F-150 Platinum. Had some challenges with the prep and delivery, but the General Sales Manager stepped up and made it right. Very pleased with their responsiveness. The price I paid was fair, so no complaints at all. I appreciate when a dealer is sincerely interested in my satisfaction.

Overall Troy and the staff at Sheehy were not only highly professional but went out of their way to make the trade in and new car purchase very efficient and enjoyable. I am completely satisfied with this my second purchase from Sheehy Ford Warrenton.

Bruce was very helpful in getting the process started on trading in my F350 for a new one. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to terms because of mechanical issues. I eventually dropped my truck off with the service center for an estimate. Gary seemed very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the issues with my truck.
