It was easy signing electronically, wiring the down payment and even had a notary come out for the title work. The dealership manager, David Bruns kept me updated on transport and provided pictures of it being loaded. David answered any questions I had. He is very responsive and made me feel like my business is appreciated. When you call in, the people answering the phones are very nice.
