Car took on a large amount of water during a heavy rain, keys had stopped working. They had the car about 3 weeks, but completely dried it out, ordered new parts, vacuumed and washed it. Because I’ve been going there forever, I’ve bought three new vehicles out of there. I’ve always had exceptional service. The man that runs the body shop which I’ve talked with a few times is exceptional to any body shop manager. They always hire the best. I don’t know why this rating is what it is.

I had a good experience, the staff was friendly and helpful clean and the showroom was very clean. Good choice of vehicles as far as models and colors.

A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

It's designed perfectly for my purpose, interior space is sufficient with the medium roof. Gas mileage is good, technology provides safety needed for our drivers.
