I have worked with Anthony Beyley for the past two years on my 2023 GLA 250. I have only needed my A and B service and for them to fix the AC blower which had an obstruction. Anthony has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my transportation to and from the Crown Eurocar was safe and expedient as I chose to leave the vehicle for servicing. A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.
