There was no pressure, and he was very proactive in helping me with all the paperwork necessary to complete the purchase. A few things to keep in mind: If you?re planning to finance through a bank that isn?t theirs?like a credit union?be prepared for them to ask for a cashier?s check. Also, don?t expect much help from the finance department, as they won?t put much effort into assisting you. This is where I really have to give credit to my salesman, Roman Grigorchuk, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely dedicated to making the process smoother. As for the quality of the car, make sure to thoroughly check all the details. For example, I was sold the car without the under-engine cover (the part that goes under the engine and protects it from rocks and debris that could damage it). When I called to ask them to install it, they refused. So, I strongly suggest inspecting the car carefully. Overall, the car is�in�great�shape.

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.
