I was looking for a used Fushion plug in hybred with low miles. No dealers had one except Pierre Ford in Seattle. That's a 125 mile trip for me. My salesman was more than helpful. Very professional, both over the phone and in person. No haggling, pressure, or fast talking and both gentlemen were friendly and approachable. Bought my sweet Mini Cooper cash and the dealer was honest about any issues with the used car, which was greatly appreciated. Only needed to replace a headlight bulb and turn signal switch, so for a 2003, that’s pretty amazing! Could tell they actually did an inspection and maintenance on the car because the oil was a clear golden color, clean antifreeze, air filter ect. My wife and I recently purchased a Class B camper van from Quality Auto Center, and it was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have had in over 50 years of buying vehicles, including autos and rv's. We drove the two hours to Lynnwood convinced we would be driving our "new" camper van home, simply because Laura had convinced us that this was the one we had been searching for three month to find. Gave me a good review of the outside and inside of the car, then immediately asked if I wanted to test drive it. Great value on a used car that was pretty much brand new.
