Well, experience at dealership was good only wish I would have kept old truck. The 139 point inspection on truck I purchased was pencil whipped. Multiple issues my local dealer had to fix first 2 months owning it. 80% of them should have been found on inspection. I'm very happy for having Ford Advantage which covered almost 4K in repairs.

I purchased an Explorer from Joe Alessi. What is often a drawn out predicable process this was not. Joe is a down to earth guy that I would refer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Had a recall notice on my sun roof. Packey Webb Service order the parts and scheduled the repairs. Repairs completed within 2 hours when they were suppose to take 4.My only criticism is they need to communicate better. They should be proactive in providing updates to the customer.

This dealership is above the rest. It was recommended by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. In fact, it has changed my opinion about domestic car dealerships. From the scheduling of an appointment to the actual service technician, the experienced has been an absolute pleasure. One thing is to have the technical qualifications to do the job but the most important factor in hiring people that will be interacting with the general public is people skills. An absolute pleasure to interact with him. Courteous, service oriented, and willing to offer explanation of the work being done. Like I said earlier, not everyone has the people skills to deal with the general public. These people are the best! You won't be disappointed to get service from Hawk Ford of St. Charles. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and have other Ford dealers closer my house but I pick Hawk Ford for service over those dealerships just because of the people there.
