I brought our 2018 Volvo XC60 in for the 30,000 mile check up. It needed two tires, rear brakes, windshield wipers. From service to talking to salesman to getting a loaner was great service and friendly staff. Overall very satisfied. Only complaint is, the amount of work done should have been broken down for each item. I was just told the total price. I understand Volvo parts are higher than aftermarket but don’t let that get out of hand! Could be a big issue on complaints!!

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
