This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

I had a great experience buying an old car at this dealership. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for one of the cheapest options knowing the vehicle would probably need a little work which can be worrisome if a dealer hides what work needs to be done. That was no issue at Berkenkotter. The staff was upfront about all the known issues with the car and even took it into the shop and walked through the issues with me. The owner of the dealership answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that the car was in good driving condition before I left with it. I've been driving the car for several days without any problem. They didn't pull any tricks and were very honest about the car. They even negotiated on price. This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones
