I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

AWESOME Team!! Service to Sales. On our trip to Mt Baker with the entire family loaded for a full day on the mountain, our 2021 GMC Yukon XL AT4 broke down on i5. Blade Chevrolet was the closest dealership to us. We snagged an Enterprise rental from down the street and left our GMC at Blade Chevy for repairs, this would be our first experience here, and will not be our last. As a former Service Director in Retail I was had the pleasure of working with Jason, Certified Service Advisor. Jason and his team of advisors and technicans were knowledgable, polished, guest focused, while ensuring the highest level of care was provided. We had our truck back in our hands by. He suggested some other options in a no pressure manner and ultimately I ended up loving a vehicle I probably wouldn’t have even considered because I assumed it was out of my budget.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Contacted this dealership about a Buick Lacrosse was paired with salesman Nubar. After explaining my bad experience with previous dealership he assured me he would do everything he could to make this a better experience. After about a week of negotiations we finally came to terms we could both live with. He went above & beyond and He was very patient and answered all my questions. Between Nubar,Gunner & kiefer They really went out of their way from start to shipping. Once I received the car two days later it was as advertised. This dealership was spot on. Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

We bought a new vehicle here after several unsuccessful attempts by the service department to fix an emissions issue with our previous vehicle. Management provided excellent customer service and took care of us. The product specialist (salesman) Paul was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Purchase process was relatively quick and painless. And even though our experience was not exactly what we had hoped, we felt AutoNation Honda did right by us. We will be back for our next vehicle.

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

They made sure they kept in touch with me on the vehicles I was interested in buying, I received emails and text messages along with phone calls. They never did pressure me on anything and they never was rude about my credit not being good enough to get approved for financing. They was very nice through out the process! Even though I did not get approved for financing on the vehicles I was interested in and I'm still looking to purchase a vehicle (due to my credit) they still did great to me!

Charles was very helpful in my purchase of a 2025 Maverick XL, in the color I was looking for. There was not one on the AutoNation lot, and so, Charles helped track down the model I wanted in Dothan, and personally went to pick it up for me.
