He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. At first i was little hesitated due to condition of this dealer. Also there were no customer parking spaces and just jam packed with luxury cars in their parking lot. Just went in to check out 2021 Lexus rx350 for my family car. My first day with Terrie, I was quickly trying to get a quote. He was very straight forward with his deal but I still wanted to check out other dealers as well. So i left and went to other dealers to check on other cars they have and figure out the numbers. The next day, I went back to Terrie and made my purchase. I did test drove it and looked for any flaws on this car. I found one spot that had a small dent, but they fixed it for me. This dealer and staffs were amazing! i had a great easy experience with them. I will definitely come back to them when i need a new car or recommend them to my friends as well who needs a new car. I am enjoying driving my 2021 Lexus Rx350 right now and my children are smiling because they are too enjoying this car. Again thank you Terrie and Zaad for helping out our family!

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

I have a 2009 XF, before the Ventura Dealership was here, I had to make a longer drive. I had trouble getting an honest answer out of their service Dept. Sean & Glen really know how to greet me and have it serviced right the first time. Free car washes...any day forever ...awesome! My Rover buying experience was so easy, my paperwork was complete before my Rover was detailed.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

Saw a car I Iiked online, called to make sure it was still available. Maurice answered, said yes, I told him would be there in 2 hours. He had the car in front waiting for me. I asked price out the door, brought a cashiers check and was out in about 30 minutes. Maurice and team were very polite, and easy to get this done.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

I placed an order for a 2021 F250 Tremor with all the options I was looking for. Unfortunately due to COVID it took forever to get the truck deliviered but no fault of the dealer. Once delivered they made the process of delivery and finance simple. No surprises!

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
