Kevin is the man!!!! I didn't have financing in order, nor do i have the greatest credit. Sent me over to the credit union down the street, they approved me within a DAY!! I am so satisfied with these guys, they're so easy to work with! This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

My husband and I worked with James Meek. He was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Before we arrived he had a lot of our info already put together. While we sat at his desk we had the best conversations. He was really down to earth and super easy to talk to. We had our autistic son with us whom most ppl don't engage with but James spoke to him like a person and answered his 100 questions with out hesitation or aggravation towards him at all. That's very uncommon from most ppl. He was truly amazing! James even called us the moment our new plate hit his desk so we could come pick it up right away! If you are looking for a new or used car I most definitely recommend going to Shea and most definitely recommend you asking for James if you want a smooth and simple transition into getting your new vehicle!. The staff at TopGearz were polite, knowledgeable, and honest. When I was looking through the cars within my price range the reps were nothing but couteous and transparent. Throughout the entire process I never felt pressured, or pushed into buying. Ultimately I decided on buying an Avalon and several weeks after using the car for my daily commute I haven't noticed anything wrong with it. I would definitely do business here again and I have recommended this lot to several friends who are shopping for cars.

Kevin went WAY out of his way to help me with a new car I purchased from him. Before I took it home, they replaced a wheel bearing. However, a week later the same bearing went bad again and the ABS light kept coming on and off. He offered to fix it again and they ended up replacing the entire knuckle. He picked the car up from my boyfriend's work 15 minutes away and left him his personal car. We accidentally didn't have much gas left in the car and he even put a few bucks in (which I feel really about!). He's been very honest and has communicated well with me since day one. Kevin has done more than enough for me and it's been much appreciated! :)
