This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I first purchased a car from Ralph in 2020! A great C300 Benz, LOW MILES & till this day it still runs like NEW! I still have the car no with issues ! Now I’m here to purchase my second car from Ralph I walked off the Lot same day with my New lexus! LOW MILES AGAIN! Ralph is the best! He works with you. He is patient! A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

I went in and out of all the cars I bought though out my life this was in every good shape low mileage on it find every thing in great shape and I brought the suv in to pepboys I had very good ties on it but I like a different type and when I went in the guy told me he got his car from there and he was happy with his and he had it for a year os far no problem with his I would definitely tell others about this guy's I'm not one to write on this I brought the truck it mine ant that it but for a good truck or car going and talk with them I believe you will come out with something good

I like the height of this van. I can stand in it without hunching. It suits my business. When it rains I can stay inside and select my customers order without being wet.

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars. bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

The crew at Michael’s did a great job with the buying process from 1,200 miles away. Very prompt, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately we were never able to meet face to face, however I don’t feel that ever impacted the buyer seller relationship.

The Ford Transit 250 I have, 3.7 V6, 4:10 diff, High Roof Extended Body, is awesome! It is very dependable, and keeps my business making money. Pros:Power, Dependability, Comfort, Ease of Interior Control functions, Excellent Range of View from the Drivers seat. Awesome Heater in the Winter, as per usual for Ford. BEST THING about my Ford Transit, is the level of Service provided by my local dealer service department “Ray VARNER Ford, in Clinton Tennessee. From the initial purchase experience with the Sales Team, to regular servicing (oil changes & tire rotations) with Service Team, they are simply the best! Much better, and more reasonable than the former German owned brand that I had at a much higher cost overall. (Can you say $10k in service over 3 years of ownership with the German 3.0 Turbo Diesel to keep rolling....Ouch!) Cons:There needs to be better Gas & Brake Pedal Clearance for Contractors oversized Boots/Footwear. I sometimes find one of my Boots trapped beneath a pedal if I rest it on the floor momentarily. The front steering feedback from the road is a bit too light for my liking, but I run almost at 9,000 pounds at all times, very close to the GVWR, and the tires up front feel as though they are struggling to maintain road contact while on a winding road. The Air Conditioning while excellent as usual for Ford (Very Cold Air) could use another higher blower speed, as the AC struggles to cool to the levels of comfort of other brands, and models (even Fords) that I’ve experienced in the past. The 148” wheelbase needs to extended to 170” as on some steeper driveway or parking lot entrances the rear bumper corners will contact the pavement surface (drag), and slightly damages (scrapes/scratches) the underside of the bumper. I did not have this issue while driving the same approaches in a previous vehicle that had a 170” wheelbase, and an approximately 20” longer body. Lastly the standard sized Alternator should provide more output, without upgrading to the high output Alternator. My reasoning is that my Interior L.E.D Lights should not dim down while idling with the 4-way flashers on. Lastly, the Start Battery/Batteries under the drivers seat are difficult to access. I added a second battery to mine, and had to remove the drivers seat to install. When it comes time to replace the battery, I can only imagine how much downtime I will experience changing out a battery compared to one that is mounted traditionally under the hood. (Keep things simple/don’t Over Engineer items) Things I would like on my next new Ford Transit 250/350 1. 170” Wheelbase. 2. 20” longer extended body. 3. Higher Output Standard Alternator. 4. More weighted front end steering feedback/feel with a loaded vehicle weight. 5. AC/Heater Blower extra high speed selection. 6. High Roof front and rear high mounted sensors to alert with a separate sounding tone/buzzer to alert when approaching building awnings or overhangs. I’ve never hit anything (yet) but find it difficult to judge if the roof will clear a customers awning or roof overhang. Another option would be to mount a front high roof camera, and an option to change the viewing of the rear mounted camera, from looking down to the bumper, to projecting straight back to a building awning/overhang. 7. Start/Accessory Batteries properly located under the hood in the Engine Compartment. Overall this is the best, most dependable vehicle for work that I have ever owned, and will definitely be buying more Ford Transit 250/350’s in the future even if there are no changes made to the current platform.
