I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

Purchased a used 2011 Santa Fe from Gary Jackson Motors and had a great experience. My salesman, Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Frenchtown Auto is a nice place to buy a car. The cars look good and drive nice. They offer options and will work with you on the price and any additions that you want to purchase. You have to stay on top of them with follow up and stay on them. If you follow up and its unpreparied call they can get a bit short, the owner is very nice. I had to take my car there after buying it with a problem and they fixed all the problems that the car had. They were very nice, but follow up is difficult.

Great buy, maintenance package of good quality more of why I trust ford. Flex fuel a great idea reliable cooling and heating. Oh and tires nitrogen flourishes ideas other dealerships.

The communication and the way they handled the transaction was super transparent and eased my purchase process. I wired them the money and they kept the channels open regarding delivering the car to my place till I eventually picked up my car. I really appreciated how they made it super honest and professional. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I brought my 2013 Mazda3 in for servicing, the right rear Strut had broken off. I was greeted by Jospeh Sherman, Service Consultant, and he worked with me, throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle and making sure I had a loaner car to use. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how professionally, courteously, kindly and compassionately Joseph treated me!!!!!!! He is the ultimately Best customer service representative I have ever worked with at Tasca or anywhere else in my life! He kept me informed of every detail about the repair of my car and was always immediately responsive to any inquiry I made. He represents the great integrity that Tasca has always been famous for! Any business would be fortunate to have Joseph represent them, and I am grateful Tasca has Joseph! My repairs were done in a timely fashion, and I appreciated the service person who worked on my car, sending me a video of the entire underside of my vehicle. This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

I had an excellent experience with Tasca! My mom bought a Ford Escort years ago, and had it always serviced there! She decided that we see George, and have the car checked. While we waited, we checked for used cars. Christine came out and talked to us about cars that would fit our needs. Christine was so personable, kind, and not pushy!!! Christine showed us a car that had great mileage, great price, and affordable! We bought the car!!! What??? We were just having the Escort serviced! Also, my mom is 83, I say that with respect. George could have told my mom, that she needed all sorts of things done too the car! But, all she needed was an oil change! We deal with Tasca because they are honest people! I was in the market for a Pontiac Fiero when I came across their dealership that had one. When i went, I dealt with Matt, who was easy going and therefore I felt no pressure. Granted I was considering a vintage car so a perfect car was not expected. He answered all of my questions regarding the car and even offered limited information on the previous owner which helped give me a sense of continuity with the history of the car. I purchased the car and although early in my ownership, the car seems to be as described.

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

I found this dealer to be extremely fair when I purchased a 2009 Toyota Rav 4, the price i paid was below market value and they threw in 4 brand new tires after I had purchased the vehicle. The sales person Mike said it was a sound vehicle and personally went over the vehicle when I picked it up. Bill at Frenchtown make it an enjoyable experience.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

My hubby and I both purchased our used vehicles here within the last two years. Bill and Ron were both so friendly and HELPFUL, straightforward and informative. We did our part and looked over the vehicles inside and out, studied the provided Carfax reports, took them for long test drives, and researched them online before purchasing. Any questions or issues were explained and addressed with no problems. Bill went above and beyond to see that we were completely satisfied. Financing was very easy with our fair down payments and good to very good credit scores. We also had a mechanic look over both vehicles first, understanding that these vehicles are on the older side and are high mileage. Seems fair to realize that no one, not even an excellent mechanic, can anticipate what may happen (mechanically) after purchase. There was a basic 90 day warranty provided at no cost. And vehicles are (newly or recently) inspected before sale. To avoid any misconceptions, we read over the purchase agreement(s) thoroughly, and asked questions. Know and understand everything before signing! Finally, I'd like to say that we dealt fairly with them and they treated us wonderfully! I would definitely buy vehicles there again. P S. Already looking at one for my son who is in the market!

The Best F150 I ever owned it has 167,000miles never a problem . And I owned so many F150s love the color I have Blue Jeans . And will never get rid of it .

I recently bought a Ford from this place and I'm super happy with it. A lot of these cars have high mileage but are inspected for at least 2-3 years so i'm sure if theirs any issue you'll have time to fix it. However they can be a bit pricey and overcharge so check kelly blue book to make sure your getting a good deal.

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Best experience I’ve ever had car shopping! Every one that works there is wicked nice and friendly. Seeing as I was buying a used car it needed a few things fixed so I didn’t get to look at or and test drive it for a few days while it was being worked on and they were very apologetic and thanked me for my patients which they didn’t have to do! Got a great deal on my trade in and got an amazing deal on my Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel! I read the reviews before going and the negative reviews seemed like spammers and the only legitimate one the person did seem to understand that if something goes wrong 6 months after you buy a car the lemon law no longer apply and the issues are your responsibility at that point, it’s a used car not a brand new car from the dealer with a factory warranty! I would highly recommend New England cars to anyone in the market for a car, no dealers around can beat their prices! I’d give 10 stars if I could, being a mechanic student I’ve helped all my friends buy cars and I have bought quite a few cars and this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and would buy a other car from them anytime! Anyone I know looking for a car I will be sending their way!

Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles,other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding,kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.

My parents bought me the 2013 Fusion Titanium in Sept 2022 and two months in, the car is still giving me the giggles. Within these two months, I've found the comfort to review my stance on it but before I do that I'll explain my first thoughts I had when I saw it for the FIRST TIME. First of all, I have it in the Ruby Red and that stood out to me. The car has an aggressive styling which is another highlight of mine and seeing it in red had me thinking it was at least a 2018 car but it is a 2013. The styling has really aged well. I also loved the rear spoiler and the fog lights. Now that I've had it for two months, here is how I feel: I love the taillight design especially with the LEDs. I do not like that the headlamps are halogen for 2013 Titanium package. I also think the car is quite low especially over high-speed bumps and seating in general. I put the memory seats on the highest level and I am 5'10. I love the touch-sensitive buttons which gets alot of hate but I think it's unique and luxurious. I love the keyless entry, remote start and the paddle shifters. Oh my gosh the horsepower and torque really kicks with the paddle shifters.
