Very comfortable ride and interior design is just great on it I would rather a man that naturally aspirated over the double turbo model as you get a lot of performance with the turbos but you got something more to go wrong.
I was looking for a Ford Escape found this 2017 at Bob Sight very low mileage great price color I wanted so I purchased it and drove it away. I had a great salesman and everyone was very helpful.

I have to say that our truck buying experience was not very good. That is until Jordyn Bob Ruth Ford our sales man jordyn did everything and anything to help us. EVERYONE at Bob ruth Ford was very respectful and helpful. Heck we even got free food. I think for now on we will be dealing with Bob ruth Ford over anyone!!!! Lee's Summit was a great place to buy my car. They are so great that I flew in from Los Angeles to buy my car. I have been looking for a Civic Type R, and I had some really bad experiences on the west coast, with dealers asking for $8,000 - $20,000 ABOVE sticker price for the vehicle!!! Lee's Summit sold me the car for MSRP! They are probably the only dealer in the country selling that car at MSRP with no dealer mark up. They told me they are a family business, who wants to get customers for life, not just make a quick buck. They said marking vehicles over sticker price is not how they do business. I honestly couldn't believe it. I had been looking for this car for a long time, and couldn't believe they weren't out to make the most money they can. They are good, decent people. Justin Garth was my salesman, and he was great. He was super nice, knew all the answers, and if he didn't, he made sure to get the right answer, and not just tell me what I wanted to hear. Although everything he told me was all news I wanted to hear. I financed the car through them, and Adam was great to work with. He had all the paperwork super ready to go, and it was quick and easy to understand. This was the fastest, easiest, most pleasant time I've ever had buying a car.
After an intense 4 day search on the internet for the best buy on just the right truck, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Rob Sight. The right color, the right options and an incredibly good price. I sent an email to reinforce that the price was correct and there were no hidden fees. Immediate response and a follow up phone call. I locked it in, flew 1500 miles to pick it up and everything about the experience exceeded anything I could have expected. Alex greeted me at the door, the owner came into the finance office to introduce himself and I was in and out in 30 minutes! To my surprise it had a full tank of gas already in it, perfectly clean and dressing on the tires. Truck was far better looking in real person and as a certified car/motorcycle nut I am particular. I am also amazed at how far the technology has come in 5 years (I got an ecoboost and yes it really gets 22MPG at 78 MPH!) I wished I had done this three years ago. Rob Sight-you guys are the best!!

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
I drove up to the Service Entrance and the door opened automatically to a nicely heated welcome garage. Erik Davidson was standing there waiting for me and greeted me with a smile. He then invited me to some hot coffee (Great designer coffee options), a snack and comfortable waiting room with the 2017 Presidential Inauguration. While waiting, I checked out the showroom and was greeted by Cole Fergus who gave me a tour of the cars there (great deal there on a 2017 Fusion) and made the wait go by quickly. Best part: My bill was $12.00 for the good service. Damian Biondo performed the multi-point inspection (99P0 and the MO Vehicle Inspection (MVI) and left my car clean and did not change my seat/steering/mirror/radio settings (like some service guys do). This truck is great, power, comfort, accessories, roomy, design and looks. It has it all. Looks great cruising, out on the town or towing our camper.
I stumbled upon Rob Sight Ford when trying to narrow down what 3rd row suv I was wanting. Alex Condon found me one on their lot the closest to what I was wanting to test drive. After that she spent days & days trying to locate me the exact vehicle I wanted, finally they found one in Wisconsin & had it delivered for me. They got me a great price & were great to work with on my trade in also. I've had some not so pleasant dealership experiences else where, so it was great to have such amazing help from Alex & her team!
Amazing experience! They were 100% no pressure which was nice! The no hassle pricing was very easy...they had the vehicle priced where I was comfortable with and was very fair after doing my own research online and determine a good value to pay for the vehicle. Was in and out within only 1-2 hours with no issues. Made the financing and paperwork FAST AND EASY! I will defiantly be back in the future.

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
I love this dealership. Everyone is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I have taken my Escape for maintenance 3 times and each time felt like the first. They made sure that I understood what they did and when to my next maintenance visit should be. They have even helped me on the phone. Also, Rob Sight is my fiance's go to for his F-150 when he is in Kansas City. Thank you so much.

This car meets all of my expectations for personal comfort with the seating design, the leg room, and technology. The performance is outstanding. Driving it is an wonderful experience.
I bought a vehicle from this dealership in December of 2017, and wanted to share that I had the best experience possible at a dealership. The entire staff is fun to work with, and they really do everything they can to get you into a vehicle. I did not get a call days or weeks later, advising me that financing fell through or that they wanted more money toward my down payment. The deal we made that day, was the deal that happened and still is; All I had to do was keep up my end of the bargain. So far, I have been enjoying a trouble-free truck, and any post communication with the staff has been excellent. They have excellent customer service skills, they are transparent as they possibly can be about the vehicles and loan terms, and they have a streamlined system that gets all your paperwork done in 1/3 the time it takes at most other dealerships. They even took my rental from Enterprise off my hands, and had the vehicle I called about ready for test-driving when I arrived. The truck I wanted was very hard to find, and it was meant to be. I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
I love, Universal Auto Plaza! Just bought by 2nd car in 4 months. I've referred two friends/family who also bought cars. That 4 cars in 4 months and not one complaint! During my latest transaction, we were almost finished with paper work when the manager stuck his head in the door to tell us he found an even lower rate by 0.06% and they were totally willing to redo alllll of the paperwork to save us 5 bucks. I wasn't but it was nice of them to offer. Speaks to their integrity. I completely trust this dealership with my friends and family.

Meets all of my needs. Excellent room and features. Also, feel like I’m driving in a very safe and sturdy car. Pickup is awesome V6 engine 3.5 liters EccoBoost. Love this car!

Our cousin wasn't getting the service 2015 SHO. We recommended B/A.He is very happy.

Got to the dealership at around 5 o'clock, it took awhile for someone to help me but once they did they got me right in and my oil was changed and tires rotated within 30 minutes. They got the car all washed and I drove out of there at 5:45.
2014 Ford Focus, 1/13/16
Had a transmission failure warning on my 2012 Ford Focus this morning- not the way I wanted to start my day. ;) Having recently moved to KC, I wasn't sure where to turn, and a coworker suggested Bob Allen Ford. Very glad I took the suggestion, as my vehicle was repaired under warranty and returned, all under 3 hours. Free of charge, including a car wash. A huge thank you to Curtis and his team- I will definitely be back!
I am a caterer and on a Saturday morning I loaded my car with equipment to go set up a catering event only to find my battery had died overnight. Desperate I called on neighbors and family to give a jump start thinking that was all I needed. It took sometime but yea! it started. I was told by my neighbor who owns an auto repair shop to stop at O'Reilly and have the battery checked because the battery had not had enough time to completely charge. I stopped at O'Reilly's it was after 1pm now. They told me that my battery was ok but I needed a new alternator (WOW). Where can I have an alternator installed in my Kia Soul on Saturday at 1:30pm and I had to be at my event at 2pm. I asked the guy at O'Reilly's and he suggest Bob Sight Kia. I drove there hoping and praying that they were open, that they could help me, that they would understand what I was facing. I pulled into the service area and a young man name Robby Harmon walked up to help me. I told him my dilemma. He immediately calmed me down and explained they had a limited staff on Saturday but would do everything in his power to help me. He said regardless of what I was told they needed to do a diagnosis first. So he sent me to the waiting area while they began within a few minutes he called me over and said that my alternator was fine and that I had a dead cell in my battery and the battery needed to be replaced. They replaced it washed my vehicle and I was on my way by 2:05. I WILL BE BACK because they listened to my need and problem and then went to work to make it happen. I'm a female and have always been nervous about getting service because I don't understand cars and what it cost for service and feel like I may be taken advantage of! Robby Harmon changed that for me and yes I will be back for further service on my Kia Soul. Thanks Robby and Thanks Bob Sight Kia.
I was on vacation in Independence, MO & my 2016 F150 was due for service. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted & explained to the service advisor what I needed. I was over 900 miles away from home, but was treated as if I had just purchased my truck from this dealership. I left my truck with them & returned later that afternoon to pick it up. The experience was Great, and if it were feasible to do so, I would certainly continue to have my truck serviced here, & purchase my next one also.
Since the 1980's I owned all Ford products. 1 time I bought a Nissan Maxima ST, loaded, and hated it from the moment I got it home. Within 2 years I traded it for a loaded Lincoln MKS. That was the only time I stepped out of the Ford Line. The wife was looking at new Explorers, but the sales rep, and managers tried pulling some crap on us so she decided to step out of the Ford brand and found a Charger Daytona dressed out exactly the way she wanted it, and it was at Olathe Dodge. Living in Springfield, IL., we refuse to buy vehicles from around here because they like to treat people like they're stupid. I bought five of my last seven cars up in Chicago, but the like cars we found up there had a lot of stuff my wife didn't want, so she didn't want to pay 2-5 thousand more for them, plus Olathe had the best price offers. I started emailing with Karl Peterson. I ask a lot of questions, and he came back with the answers. He was treating me like I lived down the street, which I really appreciated, because I know I'm just in internet land (at that point) so I really appreciated it because he really did a great job. I eventually phoned to show true intention. We talked and set details. I'm trying not to go into great details, but he knew we were driving five hours and he really accommodated us and our situation. The only disappointment was waiting for the business office to close the deal, but they were busy. During my experience the managers didn't interfere with the sales reps, and I believe it shows that they trust their reps, but I think I would've liked if one of them came down and thanked and congratulated us, but that's a minor detail. Bottom Line, Well worth the drive, and now I'm looking at switching to a Dodge, Karl is out there - in a great way. I couldn't wait to get to KC area to meet him, LOL. The car is fabulous, the Wife is beyond HAPPY (So my life is great, ha ha), everything went as promised. There is no need to worry if you travel a distance, because they are true to their word. I have dealt with dealers who know you're driving a distance and will try to flip things and take advantage. I was a little concerned about that, but NO NEED. Has plenty of room, comfort is amazing, rides smooth, plenty of Hp and navigation is phenomenal. Has cruise control power locks power windows and even a back sliding window.
