I am thrilled to write a review about my experience at the Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership in Lake Katrine, NY. Without a doubt, it was the best experience I have ever had at a big name dealership. Without sharing any negative details about other dealerships, I was keeping a positive outlook that I would not have the same experience at Romeo’s as I have had at other places. I was glad to have kept a positive outlook because Romeo’s proved to be a wonderful experience from the beginning communication over text, to when I actually drove to the dealership (2 1/2 hours from where I live) and met the car sales representative. A few names I would like to highlight are Arianna, Ethan, Jon, and Nick. All fantastic employees in their designated department. Arianna, who works in Business Development Center/customer service was the first person I communicated with through text messages. She answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in and even sent some extra photos to me that she personally took. She went above and beyond to take an extra look at the interior and exterior and that honestly gave me peace of mind. Even after I was considering not taking the drive, she remained pleasant and didn’t consistently try to pressure me into coming. I finally made the choice to come in for a test drive and did not have a chance to thank her in person for her excellent customer service and her nice way of communicating simply through messaging! Ethan was the Sales representative that I was working with. I do not have enough good to say about him! He had a calm demeanor, was a good listener, relatable, honest, and confident but not pushy. He was very easy to communicate with and even was polite when I tried my hand at negotiating. He went above and beyond to make sure the exterior and interior of my vehicle were set for pick up day. He did more than I could have asked for and sadly didn’t see him on my actual pick up date. Nick was the salesman that finished with delivery and pick up day. He was also wonderful with good customer service! He did a final walk through of my vehicle and shared an app that I could download to see information about my vehicle including the option of starting it right from my phone. He was also polite in his interactions with me and my dad who I brought to both appointments. Jon from finance last but not least, made all the financial aspects and paperwork easy and so smooth. He was very clear in everything he asked for and explained things very well. I appreciated his humor as well and that was just a nice perk as I was signing paperwork and handing over my payment for my vehicle. I also want to point out the mechanics/detail department. I will never know any of your names, but you took off a stripe decal that I didn’t care to have and made my vehicle look beautiful for pick up day. Thank you to all who worked on it! You all deserve just as much credit :) All in all, everyone I encountered at Romeo’s dealership in Lake Katrine were friendly and polite. I highly recommend this dealership and will gladly drive the 2 1/2 hours again to do business with them in the future! If you’re sitting on the idea of a vehicle on their lot, take the time to visit…you won’t be disappointed! It took me 6 months, but I finally found exactly what I was looking for!

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. The team at Romeo VW has always come through with a great deal that works with my budget. This is the second car I have been able to get from them. My first car was unfortunately totaled due to deployed airbags in an accident and I needed another car asap that was the same monthly payment as the first with a limited budget for down payment. Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Kelly and Carlie were excellent to work with. Extremely helpful and efficient buying process. Also, they offer a 90 day / 4500 mile warranty. I'm very happy with my purchase process.

Runs good, its in good condition, snow plow and salt sprayer included both where only used for two years. Tires are like new. Engine and transmission work well.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I dealt with Gaby. Staff was very helpful and financing was professional and gave me useful advice. The rear rotors were bad and they changed them right away. It was a good buying experience and I would use them again!

Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Managed to track down a car with a hard to find drivetrain option that Broadway Garage had. Arrived late in the day to look at it. Karlee put a plate on it to test drive and then left me to inspect the car as thoroughly as I wished, on my own. No pressure from a salesperson trying to speed things along, or steer me away from any potential problem areas. Then I took a test drive, alone, just like back in the day, no salesperson, no pressure. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Could not have been happier with my experience.

This is actually for the 2001 Taurus I just sold and bought a low mileage 2007 to replace it. I am Taurus-addicted as they are great cars for anywhere near the money. They are mechanically identical with the '01 needing much brake work and a new compressor but the power train is bulletproof. Great cars for the bucks spent.

I purchased my 07 with 245,000 miles on it, I was skeptical about much longer it would last, but the price was right. That was 4yrs ago, now at 320,000 it still rides wonderful, is surprisingly fast, and gets 29mpg average. The only major repairs I've had was struts, and head gaskets. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys the simple things in life!

Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

I have now bought my second vehicle from Crossroads Ford, with the help of PJ Baker. Each time I have worked with him, PJ has been knowledgeable about his products. He knows the process and has everything arranged so when it is time to purchase, it is fast and efficient. I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

This car is my dream car! Even down to the color!!! It's a gas hog but I can't help but putting my foot in its petal and absolutely love the sound and feel of it as I drive!

This generation of Focus is a very good buy. They are a long lasting car, I have done oil changes 15k-20k miles. My car is currently sitting at 298k miles on its original engine and transmission. It has had routine repairs like wheel bearings, a fuel pump, an engine mount and quite a few tires. If you’re looking for a cheap reliable car, you don’t need a Honda, you need this Ford Focus.

As usual Romeo Chevrolet came through with finding a truck for my son. The sales person, Ashley was fantastic and is my go to person there. While there I showed them a paint defect on my 2024 Silverado's step and they are taking care of it, so how can you say they don't take care of their customers. Will only go there now.

Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.
