When my Subaru crapped out, I wanted to buy another Subaru, preferrably a WRX or an STI, but all I could find within my budget were models that had been driven into the ground. So I started thinking outside the box. I wanted a quick car, rust free, well maintained and AWD was a must (winters here can really suck). When I found out about the Taurus FPIS, I was immediately impressed. Decommissioned cruisers were starting to pop up on Kijiji. Dirt cheap, 2 years old, 300+ hp and AWD. So my search began for the "right one". Wasn't long before I ended up finding one. One very short test drive later and it was mine. 5 years later, I still have it and still love it. The only negative thing I would have to say about it, is it's expensive to maintain...like really expensive. Up here in Ottawa, Ontario, the tires are $350 a pop. The water pump job cost me 3 grand. The brake job was $1400. But when it all comes down to it, I suppose $5600 over 5 years isn't that bad...a grand a year to maintain...yeah, it's worth it because this car is a blast to drive. It's big, it's quick and one xxxx of a cruiser on the highway. It just purrs. Let's talk acceleration; if you punch it, it pulls hard, in every gear. There doesn't seem to be a weak spot. It just pulls hard all the way up to the redline, shifts and pulls hard all through the next gear, and so on. To wrap things up here, all I can say is, if you're thinking about getting one, all it'll take is a test drive and you'll probably be owning one too. Cheers!

The staff is respectful and patient. They explained things for me to understand. Good customer service. They were not as pushy like other dealerships/service stations. I am a repeated customer.

This car has met and surpassed a lot of my needs. Although I bought the car used it was still in great condition and runs well.

Has great room, seats 5 grands will love that, drives and rides smooth, like the color, has a lot to get use too, really enjoying it.

Buying used cars takes work,,research,compare,have your mechanic inspect,only free guarantee with any new or used vehicle is sooner or later going to break down. Unfortunately same with people,employees and bosses get fukits

While this van isn’t perfect, needs a few minor repairs, it was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. Anything much newer would have been out of my budget, good value for the money

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

Brought my vehicle in back in January for some issues related to the oil pan. Victor and the crew at Hopkins took amazing care of me and empathized with me throughout the entire repair process. Truly appreciate these guys work ethic and customer first service approach. Need more dealer service providers like this across this country and this is the standard that others should strive to follow. Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

This is actually for the 2001 Taurus I just sold and bought a low mileage 2007 to replace it. I am Taurus-addicted as they are great cars for anywhere near the money. They are mechanically identical with the '01 needing much brake work and a new compressor but the power train is bulletproof. Great cars for the bucks spent.
