Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I love how you can fit kids in the back such good leg room can have over 56 12year old, well since average 12 year is 66lbs-130lbs it can fit 56

Very friendly. Very helpful. They had my dream car. I live 2.5 hours away from them. Alot if our interactions were over the phone. Needless to say, 7 days after our first interaction I drove away in my dream car. They are definitely worth checking out. If they have a car you want, they will do everything they can to make sure you get your car.

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

it was a tough deal, but in the end they brought me a great looking truck in great condition. Old school still willing to deliver truck to my house!

I have been looking for the right car for over a year, but had never been to this Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

Brian Lanning was the only sales manager to approach and ask if I had been helped yet after having walked the lot for well over 30 mins. He was good to deal with and helpful, making the process fairly easy while trading in a 2016 Ram 2500 for a new 2025 model.

I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.

They have a lot of inventory, almost all new cars with few miles. We don't buy any now, but they have very good customer service.

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

Hauling all the gear you can imagine for a family trip or camping, or just a great gas saving commuter that seats 5...this is a great all-around low-cost vehicle to own. The high seating position was good for my back, and excellent visibility.

Just like everyone, I've had to wait a decent amount of time for my vehicle to get serviced, but sometimes you'll be waiting for hours and never know what's going on. The woman who helped me, Mrs. Pamela Allen was a great help and always gave me an update on my vehicles progress, this way I would be able to gage how long I may have to wait and pay. Pamela was a great help!

Great van so far,haven't had it long enough to give an honest review, but it is spacious, fits my needs, hopefully holds up over time.
