My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.

F150 Lariat was excellent in all features power and reliability. It had all the dependability you could expect from Ford. Went out and bought another one with more updated features.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

This is my second van I purchased here. My first one was a 1996 Aerostar back in 2015 and it was really clean and drove nice. I never had major issues. It was best experience and best used vehicle I got. It ended up getting t boned in little less than year having it. I was happy to have found another van there. I called and asked if they had vans. The one they had was higher priced than what I could get. Brandon told me he was getting one next day. When I talked to him on phone about it, it sounded like it would be a great van. I am happy to have made my purchase there. I have had great customer service experience from there. Also when you walk away making a purchase, you are happy with vehicle and walk away without regret. I recommend anyone to purchase from Auto Direct. The vehicles are clean, great customer service, and great vehicles. I was very happy to make a second purchase here. I shopped around at few places also recently. I was happy they were getting a van for my price range and very confident on the quality of it. We have owned three Ford E-350 15-passenger vans. We bought our first when we had 5 kids and now 20 years later are on our third one of these vans.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This is a great new generation of a van. Much better gas mileage, way more comfortable, and a lot of fun to drive. I hope Ford keeps investing in this design,

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

would recommend it for any family for great adventures that you may have it very nice and clean and it is bold.its has many features that are accommodating too the whole family even the kids whe they start driving.

Excellent attitude and made me feel like I was at the right place. I love the way they're set up looks and makes you ffeel welcome.

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

We cannot say enough about the wonderful job that Rodney does. He helped us purchase our Mach-E and has continued to assist us when needs have arisen with the vehicle. He is honest, responsive, and has assisted us long after the sale was closed. We will definitely purchase future vehicles from him.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.
