I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey at Key. It was the most painless, easy and convenient car buy experience ever. Customer service was awesome. I am so happy with the car. I would recommend Key to anone shopping for a used car.

The Jury Is Still Out

3 weeks ago, I bought a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT 3.5 TT 302A/Chrome package, has all the bells and whistles...absolutely beautiful truck. Being a certiefied pre-owned Ford, I was willing to pay the 36K...as I received a more then fair price for my Honda Pilot trade in. I gotta say, I really wanna like this truck. I'm 6'3", It's far and away the most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven. It's wicked powerful...0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds. With all that being said. I've had 2 issues already with the truck. With in 48 hours of taking it home, the starter xxxx the bed. Had to have it towed and starter replaced. Okay parts break, they can be replaced. They played for it. Just today, I returned it to the dealer and got a loaner. Heard a rattling noise when I started it. Upon further investigation via internet, it could be the cam phasers or tensioners. Either way, I don't need my timing chain loosening up and rattling every morning I start it. Like I said, I wanna like this truck but the jury is still out. I'm optimistic and hopeful the dealer will make it right. So much for Certified Ford F-150's passing a 172 checklist and being the "cream of the crop" Evidently starters weren't part of that "172" check list. We'll see what they say when thay call back Monday morning with a diagnosis?
Eric was so trustworthy. He put up with my mental severe depravity with a smile. Everyone was amazing. Including Brie. I will recommend this dealership and these people to everyone I know.

Meets all of my needs. Excellent room and features. Also, feel like I’m driving in a very safe and sturdy car. Pickup is awesome V6 engine 3.5 liters EccoBoost. Love this car!
This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.
We just returned to Portsmouth after many years on the west coast. Your service department did a great job of diagnosing and repairing my Chevy Cruze. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm very relieved that I will have a reliable and customer oriented service department for my Chevy.

The truck is great and is the best truck I have ever owned. It get good gas mileages and the V8 purrs with lots of power.
the air vents on my 2009 king ranch and 2015 expedition are circular with possible 360 degree rotation and variable close positions. much better than those on my 2018 F-150 platinum. info system when i have the navigation in the full screen mode there is no indication of radio information. have to go to the multiscreen mode. on my 2015 expedition i can full screen map and radio information. much nicer
This vehicle has everything that I need, tow package, four wheel drive and is very stylish and comfortable inside. The third row seating is surprisingly roomy and I love the stowable seats.
This is my fourth Ford truck. First was a Ranger, then an XLT, then a Lariat. This King Ranch fulfills my bucket list. Have had it only a week but it looks and drives great. Very comfortable ride.
I am very pleased with the hospitality that i received from the start to finish of the buying process. Richard and the team worked hard to get me approved. I will be back in the future the next time i need a car, and plan to tell others of my experience.

For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.
On Wednesday 09/12/18 I went to Merchants Auto for the first time. I was greeted at the front door by Joe Hodgson. Joe asked me a few pertinent questions and proceeded to show me what was available for cars within my price range and vehicle preference. Joe was the opposite of the steriotypical car dealer. He was low pressure with a great knowledge of the dealerships inventory. We took a couple of test rides and I told Joe that i was interested in one of the Altimas I had driven. Joe and I went over the particulars about the car and the services available at the dealership. I had developed an early rapport with Joe who was about my age, lived in the same town, and shared common interests such as golf. I decided to go ahead with the purchase so Joe introduced me to Scott Chavanelle to go over the financing. Scott was also very professional yet personable. we found out we had common friends near his home in Belmont. After taking care of the paperwork and a couple of hand shakes I left anxious to pick up my car the next day. When I got to the dealership Joe greeted me and told me everything was all set and brought me to the service department where I met Cam Inman. Cam explained Merchants service plan and gave me an appointment for my first 4000 mile service. He too was professional and courteous. I was then able to drive away after having a positive experience for my first purchase at Merchants Auto and certainly worth a positive review....Well here's the rest of the story...Sometime over night someone broke into my house, stole money, and when I woke up and found my key fob missing from the kitchen counter I thought possibly I had dropped it outside when I retrieved my phone from the new car the night before. I traced the area where I had walked and found nothing, turning the corner in front of my building I discovered the parking space where I left my car was empty. Someone had stolen the car I had possessed for less than 12 hours. Shock and awe was an understatement. I called the police and my insurance company to take care of the reporting as well as my employer to say I would not be making it in. The insurance company informed me that i did not have rental insurance on my new policy(I was never asked if I wanted it) so my next call was to Joe at the dealership to ask if there was any way I could get a loaner because the way it looked it would have been out of pocket for who knows how long. Joe felt bad and couldn't believe what had happened but couldn't make that decision and told me that normally that was covered by the individuals insurance. He did, however assure me that as soon as management arrived he would find out if anything could be done. I spoke with Joe later on in the day and he told me he thought something would be worked out and that I should hear from Cam. Sure enough Cam called and told me to come on up and pick up the loaner that had been approved. That was a huge relief and over and above what would have been a lesser decision at another dealership. Fast foward to Tuesday 09/18 and my car was recovered by the Merrimack police and the next day the thief was also apprehended in Merrimack. That Wednesday I brought the car to the dealership to have it checked out (Luckily the only damage was a gasoline spill in the trunk). Cam checked the car out and asked if I could leave it for a day so they could go through it and re-detail it so it would be just as it was the day I took it home. Once again service above and beyond the call by the staff at Merchants. I would be remiss if I didn't thank the person who approved all my requests Marcus Luce. Marcus although I did not have the chance to meet you thank you so much for your efforts and understanding during this debacle. Because of you and your staff you have gained a customer for life and believe me this story has been told many times over the last couple of weeks and will continue to be told. Sincerely Tom Magee Merrimack NH
Disclaimer: Ryan is my brother, but what I am saying below is 100 percent true. He truly took the time to put me in multiple vehicles, did not push his wants on me, and made sure to point out any issues the car I was buying had (and had them services before I took it off the lot). I needed a car after my BMW died after a long life. Fixing it would cost at least $3,600 and probably more next year for transmission work. So I reached out to Ryan at Merchants. Originally, I was looking at at '15 VW Passat, but as we drove it and really looked into other options, I realized I wanted something AWD and maybe a little more power. We checked out Subarus and other VWs until we came across a '15 Chrysler 200S AWD. I had heard they were not great cars, but Ryan mentioned the '15 were overhauled and were getting more positive reviews. Upon quick research, I saw he was right. Once I settled on this car, he worked with me to address all financing issues quickly. While I have solid credit, these things can still take time. He did prep work to make sure all issues were addressed without hesitation. However, where he shone was the servicing of the car. When we looked at the 200S, it had just arrived at Merchants. It drove fine to me, but he had the service department spend two days making sure it was perfect. He even stayed after work on a Sunday (4:30 p.m.) to make sure I got my car before my work week started. Again, while I am related to Ryan, he could have easily used that to cut corners (and I likely wouldn't have said anything). However, his customer service approach and time to really seek out what the customer wants is how sales should be. If you get Ryan as a sales associate, I truly believe you will find him to be someone who want you to come back to Merchants for future purchases.

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
We are so very pleased with how our purchase of our new vehicle went at Merchants Auto in Hooksett NH. Our story goes like this???my husband and I live in Vermont and we both work in Massachusetts, but we listen to a radio station out of New Hampshire???106.1, we hear the Merchants Auto advertising on the station and enjoy the ads very much, we have our favorite??????Billy, this is getting outta hand???, anyhow, Merchants Auto, your advertising works! When we were thinking of trading and buying another car, my husband immediately said ???let???s go to Merchants Auto???. My response was way over there? (1 hour 45 min drive) We looked around in our town and the only vehicles affordable had 75000+ miles, I don???t think so??? We took the drive and we were so pleasantly surprised with our experience. The minute we got out of our truck (with our very timid 10 month old rescue pup) and headed for the door, we were welcomed by 2-3 employees and they had no problem with bringing little Lucy in with us, I knew I would like them right away!! Our salesman, Rodney Mathews greeted us and Lucy and his first question was if she needed any water???awe???so we sat down with him and explained exactly what we wanted and what price point we needed. He had a huge list, 4-5 pages of vehicles and began telling us about a 2013 Nissan Rogue. So, I wanted to go over the numbers before driving it and falling in love with it, and he did just what we had requested. Then came the test drive, my husband was like, ok, you take it for a drive and I will stay here with Lucy???Rodney insisted that she go with us???who ever heard of a dealership letting a dog in a vehicle for a test drive???not this girl! Needless to say, we drove it and fell in love with it! (Lucy too!) Before leaving with the new vehicle, while Rodney was setting up and explaining the blue tooth, Lucy started ???kissing??? him from the back seat! Rodney then walked us over to the service area to introduce us to the service department and set us up a free oil change, as well as informing us that had we lived in NH the inspections are free! He also informed us that they have a ???runner??? that will be delivering the Vermont registration paperwork as well! We just wanted to let Merchants Auto and especially Rodney Mathews know how appreciative we are with all that you did for us, we felt like you were a friend, not just a salesman, with not one feeling of ???pressure??? at all. We just feel that Merchants Auto went above and beyond for us and it is greatly appreciated, and we can???t say enough as to how pleased we truly are. We will and already have recommended Merchants Auto! Thanks again and again??? Andrea, Jim and Lucy
Michael met me at the door when I pulled up to ask some question. He was very kind and respectful. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns very quickly and comforting. When it can to his patiants, man the guy has a lot. I'm an indecisive person n compare everything, and mike was doo understanding and patient. He helped me test drive a few different motors of the truck I wanted, until I found my truck. I Thank You Sir with all my gratitude you made a difference to my car buying experiences! 😀👍👍
I wanted to trade my car in for a bigger/better winter vehicle. My credit isn???t very good, and I owed a lot more on my car than what it was worth. Michael Galer worked with me and tried several different options until we were able to come up with a vehicle and payment that worked for me. Plus he hung out with my kids while I did paperwork 😊
I was looking for a new pickup truck but really didn't want to commit that much money. After looking around online I found some trucks with potential at Merchants Auto. The salesman (Joe H.) was really helpful and actually helped me select a great 2015 Ram 4x4 with all the features I needed and very low miles. Tim helped me choose a warranty that made sense for my expected use of the truck and made the paperwork portion of the transaction easy. I don't think I'll ever buy brand new again. I plan to have this vehicle for a long time, but I will definitely come back to this dealership when I'm ready for my next one.

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.

Rodeny helped me in everyway with looks at your cars explaining everything more then once for me. I love how he said everytime he left {Give me 10 mins} which was 25 or 30 mins. Always asking if I needed anything, provided pizza & dunkins coffee for me. Rodney is very GOOD with his job and very good with customer support. This same day Rodeny put my son in a new car to, He touch the heart of a Mother all around. May you always be safe and good health. With my prayers to you, Patricia Durant.
You guys rock 👍. Most curteous, helpful and calminlgy understandable with the customer(s), waiting time is very reasonable, if you can???t wait, book ahead for that loaner or their shuttle driver will take you home and come back and get you when repairs are completed!

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Dropped off Ford Fusion with some sort of throttle issue that we had been trying to resolve for 4 months. We took it to a local garage, and they kinda fixed it, for awhile. Here's the thing, it was a known problem and Wall's Ford diagnosed it in minutes. Then, even though our Fusion is a little beyond warranty (120,000+ miles) Ford covered the repair for no cost. The car was ready in like 90 minutes after we dropped it off. One of the best experiences I've ever had servicing a vehicle. Great job to Sean and his team.

Very well designed, for safety, comfort, features, roominess, and looks. We are very happy with what we got for a price that is within our budget.
We went to Walls Ford as our Lease was almost up. Our restrictions for a new car, were that we could only put down x dollars, and only wanted to pay the same monthly red carpet lease we had with our 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. I had researched and could not figure out how I could get the same or better car newer. Tom Fountain, spent the time with us to look and review multiple choices. Julie Wall stopped in and graciously asked how we were doing, were we getting the car I wanted. Was there anything we wanted or needed. There was NO pressure from either of them to buy. Tom heard what we wanted in a new car and trust me we had lots of wants! He researched multiple SUV's, we test drove an Ecosport, as an fiscally sound option. The facts were presented and we were able to make a decision. Other dealers we contacted were a hard sell, did not have the car we wanted or said they did and didn't. Tom never promised, but told us he would do the best he could to get it. He required a deposit, any amount we felt comfortable with. We got a call the next day that the car we choose was ours! We did have to give up our Vista Sun Roof, but we got a much safer, 2018 Ford ESCAPE Titanium for X amount of dollars down and $1 dollar less than what we were paying for our 2015!!! Amazing process..and then OMG we had to go through the paperwork to end the lease and start a new lease...I dread this part, but low and behold Heather was wonderful, quick and professional dotted all the I's and T's. I did not want to buy all the extra end of lease or maintenance plans, but did want just one little portion and didn't want to add it to my monthly payment. So she arranged for me to pay it in a lump sum and separated it out! Then I walked out with Tom who explained all the new tech, set my phone in, setup the Sirrus favorite channels and well I was home with a brand new car within a couple of hours! No stress, no hassles, no questions left unanswered and he offered to have me come back so I could try to use the parallel park assist. Thank you Walls Ford!! You are the BEST!
