I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Ford had a great idea in the C-Max hybrid. So many places we travel don’t have the plug ins for electric. We have many trips with 40+ to 50 mpg. Ford missed the mark when they discontinued manufacturing the C-Max. Bring back the car and make us look toward the future !

Marcus was great. He’s very friendly and took care of getting me transportation to work and back. It would have been nice if they charged the car for my ride home so I didn’t have to stop. Otherwise, they were great! Servicing was pretty quick.

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

My first EV. I was ready to purchase a Ford Edge (internal combustion engine or "ICE") until I test drove the Mach-e on a whim. The quiet and smooth ride, power, ergonomics, and battery range immediately hooked me. I went home and researched EV and Mach-e's for a few days until I was sure that an EV was the correct choice and would work for my situation as well, or better than, a combustion engine. The dealer allowed me to test drive a loaner Mach-e for an entire weekend. Model purchased: California Route 1. This model has the longest range battery of all of the current model Mach-e's (312 miles) and is AWD (dual-motor). The Rt 1 is only one trim line up from the bottom, so it does not have ALL of the options in a Premium or GT, but it is still very nicely equipped for my needs. Pros: Power, fun to drive, quiet, lots of tech and safety equipment, well equipped, comfortable, consistently get claimed range or better, ease of charging at home and on the road with public charging, low cost of ownership (my home electricity cost is lower than the national average), enough storage space in the rear hatch and front trunk ("frunk") for my needs. Cons: Some rattles from trim pieces that need to be addressed, not a fan of EVERYTHING being controlled by the large tablet screen, relatively high purchase price compared to ICE cars, still less range than ICE cars, subscriptions to continue with all of the initial included options (SiriusXM, mapping and route planning with charging stops, Blue-Cruise hands-free driving, etc...), rear seats good for kids but tight for adults. Overall: I would recommend the Mach-e to anyone that asked me. You need to determine for yourself if the EV range and charging prices will work for your situation. It is by far the most comfortable and fun to drive car that I have ever owned after driving for 30+ years. If the Mach-e was an ICE, I would still recommend it. The EV aspect is just a cool add-on for me that makes the overall cost of ownership much better than an ICE car. Long distance and small road-trips have so far been easy. The DC fast charging network will be even better starting in spring 2024. I feel comfortable taking my Mach-e on any road trip using the built in mapping software and planning my charge stops to also be my restroom and eating stops. For me, there really is no substantial increase in time or inconvenience compared to travelling in an ICE car. If you do regular commuting and "around town" driving, the Mach-e is vastly superior to an ICE car. The home charging, especially in my location, makes the cost of ownership superior to any ICE and allows me to have a solid fun to drive car. Once all of the trial subscriptions expire, most can be replaced with apps available on my Android phone that connects wirelessly with Android Auto. This includes music streaming, mapping and charging stops, etc. The only subscription that can't be replaced by a phone is the BlueCruise handsfree cruise control. The BlueCruise is an initial 3yr trial that works only in certain areas. When it is available, I use it, and I love it. Still to be determined if I love it enough to subscribe in 3 years when the trial ends. Watch for dealer incentives and 0% loan rates to make the math of ownership work even better in your favor. Bottom line: Take it for a test drive. You'll probably love it and switch to your first EV too.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.
