I have a 2019 AWD titanium with the 2 lt ecoboost. I hear bad things about the engine later but it hasn't been an issue at all. Bought it at 32k miles now at 62k after 4 years. Has been very reliable for me. Had to replace the tires, brake pads, and battery after 4 years but all that is standard wear and tear. Otherwise no issues at all except for one time when I needed to reset the console as it was stuck showing only the backup camera view. The equipment on the Titanium is exceptional. It really is as good or better than the top spec of many cars now in production in terms of equipment. I love the safety features and with the AWD it just can't slip even in torrential rain. This is important for me as where I live there are two or three lane regular roads that wind around quite a bit (with reasonable hills) but have a 55-65 mile an hour speed limit. Haven't tried it in snow but I imagine it will be equally good there. On dirt tracks its just fine even though it has limited clearance. Its basically a car for anyone. It's sporty enough that it can perform well (I have checked and the 0-60 is indeed around 6 seconds), however with AWD and all the safety features it works as a family car too and the Titanium spec is comfortable enough for a long distance cruiser and feels pretty luxurious. The 13 speaker stereo is also really nice for long journeys. The only bad thing about it is the fuel economy isn't great especially if you drive it sportily at all. But if, like me, you want a great all round car that you can on the odd occasion take to a track and not look completely stupid, this one is definitely fine and even the paddles respond fast.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. This is the second 2009 Ford focus SE that I’ve owned. The first one had 147,000 miles on it with nothing needed but regular items. Tires, battery, regular oil changes at 5000 mile intervals and never used any oil between changes. If I kept my foot out of it, I got 38 to 41 miles mpg, if I pushed it I still got 35 at 80 mph. This one has 79,000 miles on it and I have not done anything but tires. It’s nearly as clean as off the showroom floor, as I keep my cars clean. I am very happy with this car. Depreciation is so low now, insurance is low, no payments with interest, make this an exceptionally cheap car to own. Reability has been second to none for me. Highly recommended but very hard to find a nice one with a regular maintenance performed and no rust. You can’t go wrong with the value of this car, great commuter car or for a new teenage driver. It’s rated safe. It’s also very comfortable to drive for a whole day.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Hector was amazing. He was honest in his review of the car I bought and made sure I was the first to see the car after it came back for detailing. When I left with my new car I noticed the front driver's side light was out, Hector had me bring it in th3 next Saturday and personally made sure it got done. Bought new in 2007 and still runs and looks like new. As reliable as they get..only needed routine maintenance for 16 years. It's a simple car without much that can go wrong. Handles great, reasonably peppy and good fuel mileage. Still love it after all these years..not interested in a new car!

Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.
