2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order. Instead of swaying me away from this car and sell me another vehicle on the lot he told me all about the vehicle and answered the questions I had. Once my questions were answered we spoke about the vehicles he had owned as well as the vehicles I had owned and realised that we have very similar likes in manufactures. He is very neat in appearance, is very personable and has a great attitude. When the RS5 was repaired and back at Landers McLarty Ford I scheduled an appointment with him as quickly as I could. While on a thorough test drive he got to know we got to know each other better as well as him answering more questions about the vehicle. After the test drive it did take me a little bit to decide if it was going to be a good buy for me. During that process he did not pressure me at all nor use shady tactics to oversell the vehicle. Gregg was able to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade in as well as assist with securing financing with a good interest rate and term for me. I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I have taken my wife’s car in a couple of times and they have been excellent. This time there was an issue that I wasn’t happy about but they made it right and I am happy.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles available. Pricing was excellent compared to other dealerships with similar vehicles. Negotiations proceeded well and they were very upfront with information to help make a decision. They were helpful but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live about 115 miles from the dealership and notified them that I planned to pick up the vehicle about three days from hen we finalized the purchase. However, they contacted me a few hours later and offered to deliver it to me.

I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

My dodge durango has started to make a clicking noise after only 3000 miles. Bought here at team one. Took it to the service department 2 times and still not resolved. Not that good of service department

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Overall- great ride, good power, good MPG, plenty of room. Nicely featured. So far no complaints- 66,000 miles Great for trips - lots of storage space.

Jim Haynes was very helpful in finding the Sandstorm EXL that we wanted. It was a long process since the Sandstorm color is not made in high quantity, but he kept us informed during the process and was very helpful with showing us the features of the vehicle. He also helped with tech questions during a follow up visit.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I am 67 years old and have purchased many new vehicles over the years. I have to say that I always have that, did I get a good deal or did I pay too much feeling. This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

We had to buy new car because of the recent hailstorm. Or looking for a Honda Fit. Mentioned that I was interested in a Ridgeline. Talk to Julie Rooks. She found us the Fit we wanted. We drove the ridgeline and love the truck the sales manager made us an offer that we couldn?t turn down . Left with two cars at a great price. I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

Have had it for a couple of weeks. I just filled the fuel tank for the first time today. I have put about 600 miles on it on one tank of gas. Have plugged it in every night after I have driven it. I love it!

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

They have late model used cars at very fair prices. From today going forward I will always purchase from them. I have purchased elsewhere before and now I know what I have been missing. I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

After Team One Toyota treated my brother and his family great, we decided to make the 3 hour drive and look for a new vehicle. While we were there we were very close to getting a used vehicle that was brought in overnight. Shaun Musso & Noah Harden told us that they could not with good conscious let us drive off with that vehicle because it wasn’t inspected yet. We then waited for the exact one we wanted to come in a few weeks later and have enjoyed the new Toyota Highlander SUV ever since.
