I have dealt with the staff at Dave Smith Ford for many years. They have always provided outstanding service and have been extremely helpful in answering all the questions i have asked.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I was contacted by salesman Jadon shortly after signing up for a test drive promotion by Ford. During the test drive at Dave Smith, Jadon was very informative with all ford was offering at the time (rebates, lease buyouts, etc.) and all of the features of both the 2017 and 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboosts. As I wasn't ready to buy for a couple of months, Jadon kept in contact and was very responsive to every question and concern I had. When I decided on a model located at an out of town dealership, Jadon was quick to assure me that they could retrieve it. A week later, after the quickest buying process I have experienced along with the lowest finance rate I could find, I am loving my 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in lightning blue. Very impressed with overall experience. No nagging salesman trying to upsell you, but rather very responsive to every need.

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Great service, like always greets me by name right as I walk in the door. I go in to get things fixed that I'm aware of, few times they caught other things that need immediate attention or future and let me no in advance

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue bronco sport heritage. Sales guy there was rude and not helpful. Saw that Dave Smith had one, walked in and Antonio was able to assist. He was amazing. Very down to earth, went on test ride and talked to me not just to my husband. He didn’t dodge anything was upfront and felt like we knew him for years. If anyone is looking for a car, please go see Antonio, he is an absolute gem. He even remembered the nickname I gave the car when we picked it up. Sometimes those little things really stand out.

Went to look at a Hyundai Accent and met with one of the Sales Representatives, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Facility was easy to find, very clean and neat and we had a great experience. Although we did not buy the car, we will definitely visit them when we are in the market again.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I bought my very first brand new car from Towne Hyundai in 2012. I have been back for service maintenance many times since then and have always had a delightful experience. First of all, I had two trades, which confused the previous dealer I went to (where I bought my chrysler in the falls). On to my next stop for some research, they had a Jeep online I was interested in. I worked with Tim Renzoni the sales manager and finance man (they only have 2 guys there, Zack is the other one, he's helpful too, and the owner who is older and doesn't say much lol). It was a busy Saturday, and Tim was wrapping up another deal, so he took my license, put a dealers plate on the back and said "it's got a half tank of gas, go have fun! - it helped that it was one of the last nice days of the year. By the time I got back, he had trade numbers, finance numbers, and an approval from Cornerstone credit union, an A tier rate and a 3 year warranty for less than I was paying for my big Chrysler. We actually had fun working together and I brought my friend by later on that day to see the car - he let me drive it again even though he had to stay a little late. Anyways, I love my little Jeep Patriot, and this was the easiest car I've ever bought thanks to TC WNY and their classy crew.

I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

I couldn't be more happier with my transactions with Towne Hyundai. I Bought a Santa Fe from them in July 2019 and no fault of theirs I had some problems with the car. each time I brought it in, the service department (especially Mike) went above and beyond to make the repairs seamless and get me a rental and explain what happened. Between Bill Kuhn and Steve Davis they worked diligently to find me a different car I would be happier with. I must say that I had high demands and was somewhat borderline annoying with all the questions and demands and tearful calls and yet in the end Steve contacted ME when a car came in he thought I'd like. So, that tells me that Towne (especially Bill and Steve) care about their customers even after the sale. Steve could have just waited for me to contact him when I saw a car online but he didn't. I have 2014 Ecoboost titanium, lots of recalls, going on 240 thousand miles on it ,routine maitainance ,but last wk turbo went out , so I must be one of the lucky ones hoping to hit the 300 mark

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I worked with Joe to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade. Even with credit issues he managed to find a way to make it work. Coordinated with a relative out of state and various finance companies to get me the best deal possible. Although I won't need another vehicle for awhile I would very much recommend this dealership!

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I just recently purchased a used vehicle from the Transportation Center of WNY. I specifically dealt with the salesperson Darell Means who was personable and very knowledgeable about the inventory being sold. When purchasing a used vehicle notably there will be certain mechanical issues that may need to be addressed and in my case, these issues were addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. This Explorer rides smooth at any speed, low miles for an 2010 and a good engine/mechanics. Shows wear in some areas but overall a solid vehicle.

We purchased our Explorer Limited brand new in Sept 2014. We live in Wyoming, and we've traveled to both coasts in comfort. It has 211,550 miles, still going strong! Knock wood!
