I have been meaning to write this for some time but after calling Mike @ Centennial, I have to applaud his product knowledge and commitment to taking care of his customers long after the sale. When I bought my wifes Mercedes, he went out of his way on his day off to make sure she understood all the features. Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

My sales person was Stephen. He was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely nice. The whole process was seamless and effortless. I would highly recommend World Ford.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Being a widow, this was my first experience buying a car. My husband had always overseen car buying. I drove a lot of cars and didn’t find the one on the first visit. I found my metallic blue Honda CR-V online. Walked into the store and bought it. They replace the front tires and gave it a new paint job with no questions asked. They picked up my car and supplied a loaner car while the work was being done. They also let me drive away but we’re very patient to wait for my insurance check for my totaled car. Prices are very competitive and they don’t add in additional costs. Multiple friends recommended Them and I can now see why. Great service and great price!

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

This vehicle is the perfect combination of comfort, style and performance. This Truck is a 4x4 lariat that is loaded with options. It tows like a truck should while giving comfort of a luxury car.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Satisfied with the service. Took a little longer than expected. Waiting room comfortable and clean. The TV and music were competing with each other. No closed captions.

I had been on the market for a Subaru BRZ for about two months. The car is hard to come by and they had actually sold all of their allotments. Through a stroke of luck though a BRZ came in and the original purchaser didn’t want it anymore. Without missing a beat they contacted me and we were able to work out a deal well past closing hours “Munch” was outstanding in her service and everyone was a joy to be around even late into the night! Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My fiancee and I bought a beautiful, lightly used Nissan Murano from these fine people over the weekend. Our sales associate, Randy Stock, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He answered our questions patiently, provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and did not pressure us in any way. The manager we dealt with, Monroe Watley, was kind, clear, and upfront about everything. Again, no pressure, and he was flexible with us on the cost--we wound up getting a great deal! And finally, the finance manager, Brian Merritt, helped us quickly and easily get the best possible APR and monthly payment arrangement for our budget. He offered us an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty--but did so without pressuring us or trying to scare us in any way. When we declined, he immediately moved on and did not push the issue. And that was it--he did not try to sell us key insurance or rustproofing or any of the usual nonsense. And to top it all off, we got a free homemade apple strudel, courtesy of the owners! This will be our first stop next time we buy a vehicle, and I recommend you make it your first stop too--there's a good chance you won't need to shop anywhere else.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I read the other reviews, but it may be that positive transactions don't always get posted online in the feedback. I decided to let everyone know that I had a great experience. From my salesperson Chris all the way to the manager, it was a positive and professional transaction. Larry the detail guy also went above and beyond in spot cleaning the inside at the last minute to ensure it was clean. I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.
