I had an exceptional experience at this dealership, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. After being in a car accident that totaled my vehicle, I reached out and explained my situation. They were incredibly accommodating and offered to begin the process over the phone until I was able to make it in person—which made a stressful time so much easier. Once I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Patrick C., who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions about the Camry I was interested in (which I ended up purchasing—no regrets!), and he answered each one with patience and confidence. Customer service people are kind and professional. He explained well what they were going to do. When I was waiting, he came to let me know the inspection was not performed even it expired. So that was good to know and they did it too.

Stopped at Granite auto sales to peek around and met Dan inside the office, he didn't run out to push anything on us and let us go to him, looked at a Hyundai and went to ask about it, Dan suggested a Volvo they had on the lot and told us to go for a test drive, both of us were thinking that we'd never own a Volvo but after taking it for a test ride we were hooked!! Dan suggested that we try the credit union in Keene. Took a ride and put in the application and the next day got the call we were approved. If I could give more stars than 5 stars I would!!

I have to rewrite my review. My last review was mentioned to be about the car we tested not the dealership. The dealership and the salesperson we dealt with did everything they could to make us happy. There were some issues with the car we tested " that we like" that the dealership is working on to resolve. They are working with us to make us happy.

My wife and I are very pleased with our Car buying experience at McGee Hyundai of Lebanon. From Sales to Finance everyone treated us great! The service crew even fixed the slow leak we were experiencing on our drive down at no charge! Thankyou Mike, Jeffery and Seth for going out of your way late in the day to fix our tire. Sales person Brendan Gregory was outstanding and took the time to explain all of the new features in the car. Since we ended up buying the car in NH he has done a great job following up with Vt Dept of Motor Vehicles on all of their requirements to get Vt Plates. He has even arranged to get our new vehicles Vt Inspection done at no cost to us! The finance person Jeff Skogland processed out loan quickly and answered all of our questions. So far we are extremely please with the great service we have received and all the good follow up after the sale. Thanks for a wonderful car buying experience.
