We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Went to check it out and aside from the vehicle being in great condition, Mark, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful. I went back the next day to buy the car and the guys there helped me out and got it done quickly. Had to get a few repairs, they directed me to a guy down the block who is also now my main mechanic, super honest and great guy as well. These guys are not in it to dupe you! They are serious and honest people who make a living selling used cars. Everything went super smooth and I couldn't be happier.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

This was the "best" experience I ever had buying a car!!! From the start I felt taken care of. Les the manager was very helpful and accommodating. He even offered to pick me up from the bus stop if needed. After the sale I had some minor concerns with the vehicle. He made sure all was checked out and fixed. Very comfortable, performance and fuel mileage are better than expected. Many more comfort options than expected in a cargo van. Heated seats, 10 way electric front seats, navigation, Sirius, blue tooth phone pairing, electric mirrors.

They held the car I liked and gave me time to save up for the down payment. There were a few issues with the Jeep in the first 3 weeks (the check engine light went on for a few different reasons) but when I brought it to them they fixed each problem as quickly as they could and gave me some advice on how to maintain the car better moving forward. Thankful they honored their warranty and took care of me before and after I made my purchase!

My van is a 2015 Ford Transit XLT 150 with mid roof and short wheelbase. The 2019 version is all but identical. It came loaded with leather seats, navigation, voice control radio, blue tooth, and all the bells and whistles. It has been a great travel van and a real head turner. You can stand up and walk in it. I retrofitted mine with a cooler, portable convenience and added a tablet for watching tv. It rides very quiet like a Lincoln town car, and I've gotten up to 23mpg highway using cruise control. This van fits into a regular parking spot anywhere. It is easy to drive as well. The only reason I would trade this van in would be to get a brand new one exactly like it. I now have 42K miles on it and still looks brand new.

I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.
