Ryan was kind, humble, accommodating and went above and beyond to give us the best car buying experience. From the moment we walked in until the time we pulled out, he was right there every step of the way. No matter how many times I thanked him, he was so humble. Ryan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as the one we had placed on hold prior to making the trip to Edmond. Now, about the dealership and the people as a whole. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles every step of the way - front desk, salesmen, managers and finance. Never once were we ever made to feel less than. Our experience at Edmond Hyundai was topnotch and I can’t say enough good things about them.

I called the dealership and spoke to Gary Koch. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. We discussed the online price and agreed to purchase the car. I am not local and handled the preliminary paperwork over the phone. Once everything was confirmed I booked a flight and Gary offered to pick me up. We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.
